    Shipping & Return Policy

    SHIPPING

    We've made it easier for you to get the products you need! 
    Online orders can be shipped directly to your door or for pick-up at the clinic! 

    Pick Up:

    When you place your order for pick up, our distributor will ship it to us individually and with identifying packaging. You will receive an email notification to let you know when your purchase arrives at the clinic, and then all that's left to do is pick it up.

    Home Delivery:

    Purolator will provide Standard home delivery within 3 to 5 business days of your purchase. If you aren't available during delivery, they can leave it right on your doorstep—no signature needed. The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated at Checkout before you complete your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are based on address, location, and the size and weight of the product. 

    Although Purolator ships Canada-wide, some rural addresses may not qualify for standard shipping and may not be available for 'Ship to Home.' If this is the case, you can ship it to our clinic and pick it up instead!

     

    RETURNS

    Food products only: If there is a quality or palatability issue with any of your pet's food, we will exchange your product or issue a refund to the card as long as you make your claim within 30 days of purchase. Dry food product bags cannot be less than 3/4 full.

    Any product purchased on our website is FINAL SALE.
    If you are unhappy with a product purchased through our site or need information on how to reach the manufacturer, our customer care team will be happy to help get you the information you need.
