Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We are all grappling with the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19. Our thoughts are with all those who have been impacted and affected.

Orders will be delivered on Thursdays to the clinic or between 1-3 business days to the home address

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

Capilano Animal Clinic is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery. 

Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.

 

RETURNS

With the exception of Canine and Feline Veterinary Diets, **All other products, are FINAL SALE/NO RETURNS**
